Renovate FSEDP offices for a skill trade training program.
Coordinate with the high school principal in preparation for the summer break work training program.
Meet with Detroit Land Bank Authority.
Meet with the department’s heads at Wayne County Juvenile Detention Centers
• Obtain wood, torch down trade training program, installation boards, and nails from Home Depot
• Review all proposed study materials for the summer work program.

• Schedule orientation date and time to meet Wayne County Juvenile Detention Center detainees.
The building is being cleaned and prepped and prepared for classes.
Meet with Stapels to schedule a printing program for training materials.
Walk through abandoned vacant homes to determine which ones to acquire.
Review names of detainees for skill trade training program.
Second Quarter,
April, May, and June 2023
Follow up on renovation and get a completion date.
Interviewing for FSEDP internal staffing
Preparing offices and classrooms.
• Neighborhood orientation at the office to involve the community in the FSEDP program.

• Prep all study materials and pamphlets for print.
• Interview local residents for volunteer staffing positions.
• Set up all donated office materials and equipment.
Fish fry, bounce house, sell dinner plates. To generate awareness in the community
Have a sign-in book for the office at 15801 Livernois, Detroit, MI, including your name, address, and phone number, for future notifications.
Welcome new staff aboard.
Go thru usable donations and equipment setup.
Mail order campaign, print layout, and go over advertising budget.
Third Quarter,
July, August, and September
Grand opening day walk thru with trade teachers and other local businesses.
Meet with Wayne County Juvenile Detention Centers for a work release program.
Meet with the Detroit Land Bank Authority to acquire homes in the Detroit area.
Work on accreditation through the U.S. Department of Labor
• Create summer jobs with a mentoring program for 13 teenagers who are still in high school.
• Assemble a group of young men and women in the construction skill trades training program from 15801 Livernois, Detroit
• Pick out areas to acquire a home to determine the budget for each unit.
• Once a student has passed the construction skill trade program, they will receive a certification from FSEDP.
Six to eight weeks of work for high school students.
Train 49 men and women in a skill trade training program.
Walk through the material list.
Work with print shop certification draft.
Fourth Quarter,
October, November, and December 2023
Working on an advertising budget. • Radio, Media, flyers, and business cards
• Recruit 3-5 volunteers from the neighborhood for work.
Schedule a print date.
Canvass neighborhood and hand out flyers and door tags representing FSEDP.
